MODERN is a European platform which promotes the modernisation of higher education management.  Under the leadership of ESMU, MODERN is a consortium of 10 core and 28 associate partners who have joined forces to provide a structured answer to the fragmentation in the supply of  management support to HEIs, their leaders and managers.

Mapping the field exercise
MODERN is currently working on a survey of the supply and the demand for HEM programmes. From April 2009 join the online survey !

As a result of the mapping the field exercise, MODERN will produce an online tool with a portfolio on the provision of HEM programmes.

Five conferences will deal with key topics for the EU modernisation agenda and for Higher Education professionalisation: Governance, Regional Innovation, Internationalisation and Quality Assurance, Funding and Knowledge Transfer.
